Most of us are taking insurance in order to protect us from any physical problems such as sickness, heart attack, diabetics, kidney failures, etc. These kinds of insurances covering only for physical illness. But we fail to understand that proper care of mental Health and mental hygiene which will certainly protect physical problems as well. It is unfortunate that most of us are not taking any appropriate action to take care of Mental Health and Mental Hygiene.
